Yoga for Autumn
Of all the seasons, Autumn is the one in which nature reminds us so literally to surrender and let go with the falling leaves. There's a 'return to school' energy about the start of the season, a feeling of fresh starts, bringing hard work to fruition mirroring the harvest, and for me feels second only to a new year for growth and opportunity. As the nights grow darker, and our world starts to cool, the yoga I offer in Autumn will keep you balanced and grounded.
